2. Press car mount onto surface & twist collar clockwise completely

• Must use Dash Plate: Any curved or textured surfaces including car dash, wood, plastic, leather, metal, etc

1. Clean the surface to remove dust & particle
2. Remove protective film that covers its nano gel pad
3. Press Dash Plate onto surface firmly
4. Press car mount onto Dash Plate firmly & twist collar clockwise to engage suction

Can I use the car mount on my dashboard?
Yes. First install the provided Dash Plate on your dashboard. Then attach the car mount directly on top of Dash Plate.

How long does suction cup last under hot, sunny weather?
Our premium TPU suction cup is lab-tested to last 1.5 to 2 years even under hot, sunny conditions.

Will the suction cup damage my tinted windscreen?
No. Our suction cup is made of TPU and does not use adhesive. It can be easily removed after unlocking, leaving no residue.

Will the hinge eventually loosen?
All hinges may eventually loosen over time. However, we use high-grade joints in our design, which ensures durability for years.

Will it be shaky if I install it on my windscreen?
Unlike others, our product features a unified body design that significantly reduces wobbliness, providing a smooth driving experience.

Is the magnet strong enough to hold my phone?
Yes. We use double layered N52 magnets, which can hold up to 1.6kg / 3.53lb — approximately the weight of five phones.

Is the suction cup reusable?
Yes. Just remember to clean it with water and dry it using a lint-free cloth before reuse to ensure a strong suction.

What is Metal Ring?
It adds magnetic function to phone cases without magnets. Simply attach it behind your case excluding fabric / heavily textured cases, and enjoy magnetic attachment to all magnetic accessories, such as Curio Vacuum Car Mount. You don’t need Metal Ring if you have magnetic phone cases.
