Is CHARBY Frost’s magnetic attachment compatible with MagSafe & MagSafe sticker / ring?

Yes. If you have iPhone 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 / 17 or newer series, you can attach your phone directly.
Likewise, any phone with MagSafe case or case with MagSafe sticker installed, you can also attach magnetically

How do I make sure my CHARBY Frost charges at full 25W speed?

The two additional items you need are (i) cable and (ii) car charger / wall charger with 35W & above wattage.
The cable is included in all variations.
If you don’t own a 35W & above charger yet, pick either [Car Charger] or [Wall Charger] in “Add-On” option.

I’m already using 35W & above cable & wall charger, why can’t I get 25W speed?

If you’re using iPhone 16 / 17 series, make sure your iOS is version 26 & above
If you’re using Androids, check & make sure your phone supports 25W Qi wireless charging.
*CHARBY Frost cannot provide output that exceeds the wireless charging limit of your phone model.

Is the [Compact Car Mount / Flex Car Mount] residue-free?

Yes. Their sticky suction resists heat & deformation. It can be easily removed without leaving any residue.
If the suction loses stickiness, simply rinse and air dry to restore its stickiness

Can I use CHARBY Frost with any other phone holder?
Yes. CHARBY Frost can fit on any mounts with 17mm ball joints.
