Which one should I pick?
56W: To fast charge 2 devices & want to monitor car battery’s health.
30W: Prefer smaller charger & can accept normal speed when charging 2 devices.

Is it normal that it’s hard to push the charger into the port sometimes?
Yes, it’s totally normal. We enhanced the spring so that it remains in contact, unlike others that get dislodged on bumpy roads. To insert it easily, just rotate it while pushing the car charger into the cigarette port.

Can they fast charge my phone?
Yes. It supports most fast charging protocols for iP and Android, including Power Delivery PD3.0 w/ PPS, Qualcomm® Quick Charge QC4+/3.0/2.0, Apple 2.4A, Samsung AFC, Huawei SCP/FCP.

Can both ports fast charge my devices at the same time?
Yes, our 56W car charger supports fast charging even with both ports in use. For the 30W car charger, the charging speed will be normal when both ports are in use.
