HOW TO REUSE SUCTION CUP
1. Rinse the suction cup with clean water to remove dirt & particles
2. Let it air dry
3. Reinstall on surface: ensure the latch is unlocked → press mount down on surface firmly → flip the latch down to lock it.

Can I use the car mount on my dashboard?
Yes. The suction cup is designed to work on most dashboard surfaces, including but not limited to slightly curved, glossy, matte and textured/grainy finishes.

Can I use the car mount on my windshield?
Yes. The suction cup works perfectly with windshield.

How long will the suction cup last under hot, sunny weather?
Our UV-tested, heat-resistant TPU suction cup has been laboratory tested to last approximately 1.5 to 2 years under hot and sunny conditions. Actual lifespan may vary depending on usage habits, installation surface, and weather conditions.

Is the magnet strong enough to hold my phone?
Yes. We use dual-layer N52 magnets that can hold up to 1.6 kg/3.53lbs, which is approximately the weight of five smartphones.

Is the 17mm ball adapter compatible with other mount heads with a 17mm socket?
Yes, the 17mm ball adapter is compatible with most mount heads that use a standard 17mm socket.
