It feels hard to push into cigarette port, is this normal?
Yes. The spring is enhanced to prevent slipping off on bumpy roads. Try these for easier insertion: (a) rotate it while pushing in, or (b) grip the charger by pressing the spring contacts down, then push in with your palm

Can this car charger fast charge my phone?
Yes. It supports most fast charging protocols for iPhone and Android.

Can all ports provide fast charging at the same time?
Yes, just make sure that:
(i) the port’s (and your cable’s) max supported wattage is the same/exceed your device’s wattage requirement.
(ii) the port’s (and your cable’s) supported fast charging protocols match your device’s fast charging protocols. (See SPECIFICATION for list of supported protocols)

Will it be suitable for my vehicle’s cigarette port?
Yes, it supports 12V – 24V, which includes most vehicles including cars and trucks.
